This Tsubaki carbon steel single-strand riveted ANSI roller chain is suitable for use in a broad range of operational environments. This roller chain has ring coined link plates, lubrication grooved bushings, shot peened parts, and is pre-lubricated for longer chain life and less initial chain adjustment. The roller chain is assembled with rivets, includes one connecting link for each 10' of chain, and has an operating temperature range of 14 to 302 degrees F. This Tsubaki single-strand roller chain is American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B29.1 standard, making it dimensionally interchangeable with other ANSI chains, is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, and is suitable for general use, such as in belt conveyors and centrifugal blowers.Roller chains are commonly used as a power transmission component and are composed of four parts: plate, roller, bushing, and pin.
